Ganesh Chathurthi is the festival that everyone looks forward to, irrespective of age, caste, and religion. It is believed that Lord Ganesh, the eliminator of all the obstacles in our lives, was born on this day. The festival is celebrated across India with utmost dedication and enthusiasm.
The students of Indus Valley International School were no different. The celebrations began with the Assembly. The Choir group rendered a melodious song on Lord Ganesh to seek his blessings. Soon after Assembly, the entire school donned the festive look where all the students indulged in various creative activities like Collage-making, Colouring, Drawing, and Making the Idol of Ganesh. The students have thoroughly enjoyed themselves while participating in the activities. These activities not only help them to hone their creative skills but also bring them closer to our rich heritage and culture.
