IVIS initiated Edusports classes in September, 2022 across all the grades in the school curriculum. EduSports, is India’s No. 1 sports education organization It believes in playing sports an integral part of the education of a child and is working towards developing a healthier and fitter generation by using a Structured Sports and Physical Education (P.E) curriculum. The curriculum has been developed based on NASPE (National Association for Sports and Physical Education, USA) standards.
EduSports programme covers the following skills across all the grades:
Grade N-2: Fundamental movement skills development
Grade 3-5: Multi sports skill development
Grades 6 and above: Specialised Training in football, basketball or cricket.
